The Legal Framework houses state and federal requirements for special education. This workshop is an interactive, hands-on tour of the Legal Framework. Participants will learn where to find the answers to questions related to special education evaluations, IEP goal development, ARD meetings, least restrictive environment, discipline, and much more.
There will be no TSHA credit given for this workshop.
