Grab your team and prepare for a day to celebrate Social Studies Teachers! High-energy professional development designed to explore instructional practices aimed at increasing critical thinking in your social studies classroom is the focus of the day. Multiple break-out sessions allow teachers to customize their conference experience. Region 7 specialists from Emergent Bilingual, Digital Learning, and DMAC will be joined by speakers from Studies Weekly, The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, The 6th Floor Museum, SMU Cox Business School, and MORE.
