A fun and interactive session on what customer service is and how it can affect your program. This customer service session will define good customer service, professionalism, and communication. In this interactive session, participants will gain an understanding of customers' expectations of quality customer service when they choose to patronize a business and how a staff member's professionalism and communication can affect that experience.
