The Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) Process 22-23

A Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) is required as part of an initial evaluation, if appropriate, and as part of any reevaluation. A good REED guides multi-disciplinary teams and ARD committees in making data-driven decisions regarding the need for evaluation. In this session, we will be covering the legal requirements for a Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED), a process to follow, TEA guidance, and due process hearings. There will be no TSHA credit given for this workshop.
