The Feeling is Bright: Self-Regulation through Rhythm and Rhyme (ECE)

Rhythm and rhyme not only help reading readiness it also helps soothe the autonomic nervous system (our internal anxiety machine). Join us as we play, sing, and read through various rhythms and rhymes. You will leave with hands-on activities to engage your students, plus, you will each receive a copy of book we will explore lessons from, The Feeling is Bright.
