Workshop Registration Details

Participants in the Lesson Alignment Cohort will engage in Face to Face Training, Implementation Support, and Principal Supervisor Coaching Sessions.

**Participants will be registered after Region 7 receives a signed Customized Service Agreement naming all leaders engaging in training**

The cohort begins with two days of Face-to-Face training where campus/district leadership teams will engage with a series of models and exemplars that help them unpack the highest leverage practices that ensure lesson design not only aligns with the state standards but also aligns with how those standards are assessed. Participants will leave with the resources, knowledge, and skills necessary to lead their own staff training focused on lesson alignment key practices. In addition, leaders will also learn how to effectively monitor and give feedback to teachers on the alignment of lessons prior to instructional delivery. Lastly, participants will also be guided through the development of a campus-specific ACTION PLAN for the rollout and implementation of Lesson Alignment.

After face-to-face training, campus and district leaders will be provided monthly implementation support and coaching sessions from an ESC TIL Coach.

After leadership teams have successfully implemented the key practices of lesson alignment, they are eligible to enroll in the subsequent TIL Cohort: Formative Assessment
