Workshop Registration Details

Participants in the Observation Feedback Cohort will engage in Face to Face Training, Implementation Support, and Principal Supervisor Coaching Sessions.

**Participants will be registered after Region 7 receives a signed Customized Service Agreement naming all leaders engaging in training**


Observation Feedback training involves 2 full days of training. In this two-day session, campus leadership teams will learn how to develop strong systems for regular observation of teachers and provide timely feedback. Through practice-based professional development and implementation support, campus and district leaders will learn Paul Bambrick-Santoyo's protocol to guide effective instructional practices in every classroom. Leaders will learn how to guide teachers to see a model of success, name a bite-sized action step, and take immediate action that supports growth and development. Participants will receive copies of both Get Better Faster and Leverage Leadership 2.0 to facilitate implementation within their districts.

Day 1 will focus on learning the key components of the coaching protocol and practicing those components with artificial case studies.
Day 2 of training will also focus on practicing the key components of strong coaching cycles, HOWEVER, Day 2 is LIVE on a selected campus within the attending LEA. The afternoon of Day 2 is devoted to leader Action Planning for the Rollout of Observations Cycles. (Day 2 will be individually scheduled with each LEA)

After Face to Face training, district leaders will continue to engage with TIL Coaches for continued Implementation Support and monthly Coaching focused on Observation Feedback Cycles.
