Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans 2023-2024

Understanding the purpose of challenging behavior is critical for developing effective intervention strategies. In this workshop, participants will learn evidence-based practices for conducting quality Functional Behavior Assessments and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans. We will also discuss strategies for implementation, data collection, progress monitoring, and fading. This workshop will include legal requirements for FBAs and BIPs and TEA guidance for these topics.
Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided in
the registration confirmation email and professional development records.
