This is Day 1 and 2 of a 6-day series designed specifically for campus principals and their instructional leadership teams including DCSI's. The series is a DEEP DIVE into the KEY PRACTICES and SUCCESS CRITERIA found in Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning of the Effective Schools Framework.

June 28: Building Essential Communication Skills: Essentials of Change Management

The Remaining Series Includes:
July 13: Building Intentional Systems of Shared Leadership: Structures to Ensure Leader Clarity & Focus
Sept 12: Building Capacity Through Coaching: Leveraging Observations Feedback Cycles
Oct 27: Building Effective Follow-Up Techniques: Proactive Progress Monitoring
Feb 22: Building Effective Leaders Conference: Leadership Showcase

Registration for this session will occur after the campus/district has completed a Customized Service Agreement selecting one of the pricing options below:

Full Series: Principal with Team + Free Coaching = $1100/participant
Full Series: Principal Only + Free Coaching = $1300/ participant
Launch + A La Carte Sessions: $500 plus $200 per additional session selected / participant.
