ARD Manager 101: I’m an ARD Manager, now what? 22-23

Complete Attendance

Are you new to Special Education, or maybe you are a veteran but have never run an ARD? Now what? What are the expectations? Where do I begin? Is there a checklist I can follow? What can I say? Not say? Participants will gain valuable information regarding ARD practices, ideas for organization, and strategies for working collaboratively as case managers. We will explore the legal requirements of an ARD meeting while completing a sample ARD document. Opportunities to address hypothetical ARD situations will be included.
There will be no TSHA credit given for this workshop.
