Procurement Training for Purchasing Cooperative Members
Members will gain general knowledge on the cooperative bidding and procurement process. Offered by Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative. The training is non-credited and open to all school staff involved in the procurement process.
1. Will be more aware of state and federal procurement requirements processes required by TEC, TDA, and EDGAR.
2. Have a basic understanding of your entity’s accountability of spending state and federal funds.
3. Will have the basic skills to implement procurement best practices for your entity.
4. Can easily access all Purchasing Cooperative vendor and award information.

Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
Cancellation must include name, workshop # and email address.
The reservation date for this workshop does not match the
current active fiscal year code for the billing account selected.
