The Feeling is Bright: Self-Regulation through Rhythm and Rhyme ECE & ECSE (2022-2023)

Rhythm and rhyme bolster reading readiness and help soothe the autonomic nervous system (our internal anxiety machine). Please join us as we explore how music and movement can help calm and quiet behaviors driven by overstimulation. You will leave with hands-on activities, enjoyable songs, and ready-made lesson plans to engage your students; plus, you will each receive a copy of the book, "The Feeling is Bright," from Becky Bailey.
