Solid Science Cadre (New TEKS) Phase Two

Many teachers struggle to purposefully plan lessons that integrate the science and engineering practices, and recurring themes and concepts with grade-level content. This workgroup seeks to create procedures, techniques, and materials that will support students' understanding by combining these three types of standards that are now found in the TEKS. Phase two focuses on connecting grade levels to share lesson plans and content knowledge while editing current lessons to align with new TEKS. ******This workshop is located in Lufkin (701 N 1st St, Lufkin, TX 75901). Teachers and administrators from other school districts are welcome to attend.
