Understanding a student's behavior can help us help them. The key to understanding begins with a relationship because positive relationships are the cornerstone of everything we do in education. Paraprofessionals will learn strategies to build upon a foundation of appropriate student relationships to foster and support desired behaviors while preventing and reacting to undesirable behaviors.
