Citizen Bee Competition 2024 - Student Event

This Regional competition is for high school students in grades 9-12. The contest promotes civic understanding in a spelling bee format. Students answer questions based on political, cultural, historical, and current events, economics, landmark Supreme Court cases, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and Constitutional amendments. Students have the opportunity to win prizes and advance to an all-expense paid trip to the state contest in Austin. This contest is open to all Region 7 districts and charters. Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
Cancellation must include name, workshop # and email address.
The reservation date for this workshop does not match the
current active fiscal year code for the billing account selected.
