Elementary Behavior Class: Behavior Supports for Students with Autism 22-23

Students with severe aggressive behaviors are few but require significant training, intervention, and resources. A wraparound approach may be necessary, involving preventative measures, initial response strategies, and crisis plans. This session will focus on specific interventions, research-based strategies, and supports for students with autism who demonstrate significant behaviors. Participants will be more equipped to select and implement effective interventions to improve student behavior and safety. This workshop is primarily for Brownsboro ISD, Murchison ISD, LaPoynor ISD, Eustace ISD, and Malakoff ISD.
