This class will cover important planning and forecasting activities for working in the WBSCM (Web Based Supply Chain Management) system. Participants will learn and refresh their understanding and skills for planning and utilizing USDA Foods/Commodities. Goals/Objective: Participants will have a good understanding of the best practices for their entitlement, menu planning, and forecasting. Participants will obtain a good foundation of the WBSCM program which will be important for operating in the new system.
