Making Math Small Group Instruction Meaningful for Grades K-12 for Rusk ISD

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This session will focus on making math small group instruction meaningful. We will review the need for vertical alignment to make sure that students have access to concepts that grow over multiple grade levels. We will create small group lessons that highlight the use of manipulatives, models, and abstract representations so that students can develop meaningful connections and increase retention of conceptual understanding. This session is for Rusk ISD. If you would like to request this training or a similar training contact Sherry Morton (Secondary) or Heather Plaisance (Elementary) at the following email addresses: smorton@esc7.net or hplaisance@esc7.net.
