Effective Schools Framework Overview - Option 1

This training is designed for district and campus personnel who are new to the School Improvement. District and campus leadership teams will learn how the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) provides a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all Texas students. Additionally, leadership teams will learn how the ESF supports school and district continuous improvement efforts by providing the basis for the ESF diagnostic process and the foundation for the alignment of resources and supports to the needs of each school. As participants study the ESF framework and its 5 Levers, they will unpack how Effective Instruction, Strategic Staffing, and High-Quality Instructional Materials are all supported and leveraged by systems of Strong School Leadership and Planning.
