Best Practices in the Supervision of Evaluation Personnel 23-24

In this session designed for evaluation personnel who provide clinical supervision for practicum students, interns, new evaluation staff, post-doctoral students, etc., participants will examine best practice guidelines and quality standards that promote the effective preparation of evaluation personnel. Participants will explore practical issues related to the structure of the supervision process, establishing appropriate expectations for supervisors and supervisees, characteristics of effective supervisory relationships, adhering to graduate program expectations, and maintaining adequate documentation. In addition, ethical and legal issues related to supervision will be discussed. Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided in the registration confirmation email.
