This year's Summit will feature Jeffrey Yarbrough, a 27-year police and army veteran. Chief Jeffrey D. Yarbrough was sworn in as chief of the Hutto (Texas) Police Department in April 2022. He is an experienced, innovative, and transformational servant leader who recognizes the value of others and inspires them to reach their fullest potential.
