Workshop Registration Details

Schoolwide Culture Routines is based on the work of Paul Bambrick-Santoyo in Leverage Leadership 2.0 as well as research behind inclusive, community-minded schools. Schoolwide Culture Routines trains leaders to develop their cultural vision and the systems and routines to bring that vision to reality, monitor it throughout the year, and how to intervene when necessary to ensure it stays strong.

The following requirements must be met prior to participation in Module 1 -
1. The district's designated Principal Manager or DCSI has completed Module 0 - TIL Induction / Learning Readiness
2. The district has designated a core leadership team (principal manager, principal, and another campus leader) that commits to ongoing face-to-face leader training, implementation support, and principal manager coaching.
3. The district has signed a Customized Service Agreement with Region 7.
