Our highly anticipated leadership conference is designed to empower educational leaders like you to excel in every aspect of school leadership, from strategic planning to fostering a culture of success.

Building Effective Leaders is an ideal time for campus instructional leadership teams to forge connections with other Region 7 leaders while engaging in intentional instructional leadership planning for the year ahead!

This leadership conference is designed to take campus principals and their campus leadership teams on a DEEP DIVE into the KEY PRACTICES and SUCCESS CRITERIA found in Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning of the Effective Schools Framework.

Breakout and Keynote Sessions will center on:
*Systems over Numbers: What is your accountability data telling you and how do you change it?
*Instructional Systems: Master Scheduling, PLC Basics, Coaching Basics
*Systems of Leadership: Leader Self-Assessment, Clear Roles and Responsibilities, Prioritizing Instructional Leadership
*Systems of Continuous Improvement: Mission and Vision Development, Change Management Strategies, The Power of the ESF Diagnostic

The cost of the conference is $1,700 for a single registrant or $5,000 for a team of 3. See the RSVP link below for more information. Participants will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for the cost of the hotel room ($107 plus applicable taxes and incidentals).
