The ESC participates in the Title IV Mental and Behavioral Health Grant to build a professional learning community that supports small and rural districts as they build expertise, training, resources, guidance, and capacity with a focus on mental and behavioral health. This PLC offers assistance in completion of the SHAPE System baseline Self-Assessment and helps districts to build and support relationships with LMHAs and other community partners.
