This interactive workshop empowers participants through a creative process of designing relevant, interactive and engaging small groups tailored for 6-12th graders. Attendees will acquire strategies to overcome challenges associated with implementing small groups, understand how to align groups with ASCA standards and design meaningful small group experiences. Gain confidence and elevate your effectiveness in conducting small groups as Dr. Spiller demonstrates group leadership skills, imparts interventions and techniques, leads engaging activities and role-play, and shares practical strategies for enhancing the success of school-based small groups.
