(½ Day) Mentor/Mentee Celebrating Growth and Building Positive Cultures
Our last session of First Time Administrator Academy is a day to celebrate the growth, learning, and accomplishments of our participants along with their mentors. This reflective session highlights the progress made throughout the academy, acknowledging the hard work and leadership development achieved. The focus of the day will be on collaborative strategies that reinforce the importance of celebration and positive school culture. Participants will explore ways to build and maintain positive routines and school environments that foster student and staff engagement, well-being, and success. Through shared experiences and discussions, this final day will leave participants empowered to continue creating thriving, supportive school communities as they move forward in their leadership journeys.
