PBIS is an evidence-based, three-tiered framework to improve and integrate all data, systems, and practices to support students' needs. The PBIS framework identifies classroom management as a key piece of universal behavior intervention. The implementation of evidence-based classroom management interventions, such as well-defined expectations and procedures, can prevent challenging behaviors in the classroom. Participants will learn how behavior supports affect discipline and instruction.
