Private Nonprofit Equitable Services Requirements

During this workshop, LEAs will gain awareness of Private Non-Profit Requirements for equitable services. This training will provide information on the requirements for Title I, Part A (Improving Basic Programs); Title I, Part C (Education of Migratory Children); Title II, Part A (Supporting Effective Instruction); Title III, Part A (English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, and Academic Achievement), and Title IV, Part A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment). Understanding outreach, consultation, monitoring, and program evaluation are goals for the training. Sample templates, timelines, and documents will be shared to assist LEAs in meeting program compliance.
