TEKS Trek: What's the Matter? Grades 3-5

Please join us for a trek through the new science TEKS for Matter. We will navigate 3-D Science instruction for properties of matter. This hands on training series will cover science essentials such as phenomena; claims, evidence and reasoning: engineering design challenges: inquiry: graphic organizers; and lesson closure. Connect with fellow TEKS Explorers, share resources, and build a support network for ongoing professional growth. This is part 1 of a 4 part series for Grade 3-5 teachers, but can be attended as a stand alone session to gather ideas for implementing the new TEKS.
