New Transition Employment Designees, Transition Coordinators, and Transition Specialists will receive hands-on professional development related to best practices and legal requirements for Transition. Upon completing this session, participants will be able to identify various assessment tools, create data-driven transition supplements and IEP goals, and develop sustainable services and programs that improve student outcomes for students of varying abilities. This is a virtual-only workshop. A Zoom Link will be sent upon completion of registration.
