Day 2: Embedding the System into Your DNA

Internalization Made Easy: Develop a practical Internalization Action Plan to seamlessly integrate your new system into your daily operations. Define roles and responsibilities, establish training protocols, and identify resources needed for smooth adoption.
Putting Action into Words: Translate your Internalization Action Plan into tangible evidence. Explore best practices for documenting processes, creating user guides, and establishing feedback mechanisms to ensure ongoing system mastery.
Collaboration is Key: Foster a culture of collaboration with effective Plc and Collaboration Planning. Learn strategies for building strong working relationships with your LASO Implementation Advisor and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned towards a common goal.
