Supplement, Not Supplant is a foundational requirement to all Federal grants. However, it can look different depending on each grant. Join us for this virtual session to take a look at the Supplement, Not Supplant requirement for ESSA grants and Title V, Part B. We will also take a deep dive into the SNS requirement for Title I, Part A. We will discuss how to know if you are exempt or need a methodology. A template will be provided for the Statement of Exemption and we will discuss the procedure for establishing a methodology as well as its connection to the general ledger.
