ESL/Bilingual and SCE: Bridging the Gap Between Program and Fiscal

With the introduction of the required J-4 scheduled in the annual financial report (AFR), districts now have to indicate whether they have written procedures for their SCE and Bilingual/ESL programs. Ensuring these procedures are in place and in practice requires collaboration between the program and fiscal staff. This virtual session will highlight the essential fiscal and programmatic components of the SCE and ESL/Bilingual programs. It will be most effective if both program and business staff responsible for these two programs attend.
