Section 504 Legal Update 24-25

Dave Richards of Richards, Lindsay, and Martin, L.L.P. will provide an introductory overview of Section 504 and address other critical topics, such as Section 504 eligibility and relevant legislative updates. His presentation will include a review of recent OCR (Office for Civil Rights) decisions, the importance of processes to OCR, the creation of Section 504 Plans, and other items of immediate concern. Participants are encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation. To ensure recovery of presentation costs, the workshop may be canceled if the minimum threshold of participants is not attained.
