Leadership Blueprint is an immersive, participatory experience, not a theoretical or motivational lecture. Leaders learn and practice skills they will use and model on a daily basis. The Leadership Blueprint: 360 Report provides the basis for an action plan for continued personal and professional development. Perfect for campus and district leadership teams, this training will help you learn your own and your team's characteristics to better understand how to grow your leadership skills and work better together. This workshop is best for teams of at least 2-3, but each team member MUST register individually.
