This East Texas Educational Diagnosticians' Association-sponsored workshop is a legal update for evaluators. We will address case law addressing special education issues and legal updates. Amy Foster, with Eichelbaum Wardell Hansen Powell & Munoz PC, will provide practical recommendations to help districts maintain compliance.
Attendees will be able to participate in the webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided by ETEDA to approved/paid participants.
