Feedback that Fuels: Mastering Effective Observation Feedback Cycles
Day 4 of the First-Time Administrator Academy offers participants a hands-on, on-site visit (location TBD) to practice and apply the Get Better Faster Scope and Sequence observation and feedback cycle skills learned on Day 3. This real-world experience will allow administrators to refine their approach to providing effective feedback and enhancing instructional practices within a school setting. Following the site visit, participants will engage in a structured Leadership Panel where they can ask questions and receive insights from experienced instructional leaders.. The panel will provide valuable perspectives on leadership challenges, strategies for success, and practical advice for sustaining growth as an educational leader. This interactive session will empower new administrators to confidently implement the skills and strategies they’ve learned throughout the academy.
