The Texas Plan for MTSS 24-25

In the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), schools are required to have a process for identifying students in need of additional intervention and support to access Universal core instruction. When used as intended, evidence-based intervention and support strategies are provided within the regular classroom and to individual students, including those with disabilities, to reduce academic and behavioral gaps. Response to Intervention (RtI) and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) require consistent progress monitoring to make data-driven decisions. This workshop will identify non-negotiable components of the MTSS process per TEA Statewide Guidelines. We will also identify the common trends that hinder the work getting done.
This workshop is primarily for East Texas Baptist University.
