Fall into Compliance: How to Navigate the Changing Leaves of Employee Absences

As the seasons change, so do the complexities of personnel management. Join the Fisher Firm for a training session designed to help school administrators prepare for employee absences during the 2024-2025 school year. This session will guide you through best practices for navigating various types of leave, employee accommodation requests, and how to recognize and respond to potential retaliation claims. Audience members will participate in a hands-on workshop analyzing common scenarios that often result in ADA and FMLA vulnerability. As a bonus, FSLA obstacles will be included, with a review of recent Department of Labor updates. Learn how to effectively implement policies, manage various types of accommodation requests, and tackle frequent challenges with confidence.
