Private Nonprofit Equitable Services Requirements

During this workshop, LEAs will gain awareness of Private Non-Profit Requirements for equitable services. This training will provide information on the requirements for Title I, Part A (Improving Basic Programs); Title I, Part C (Education of Migratory Children); Title II, Part A (Supporting Effective Instruction); Title III, Part A (English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, and Academic Achievement), and Title IV, Part A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment). Understanding outreach, consultation, monitoring, and program evaluation are goals for the training.
