Effective Schools Framework Overview - New to School Improvement: Option #2

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This training is designed for district and campus personnel who are new to School Improvement. Leadership teams will explore how the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) provides a clear vision for ensuring an excellent education for all Texas students. Participants will learn how the ESF supports continuous improvement efforts by serving as the foundation for the ESF diagnostic process and aligning resources to meet each school's needs.

Throughout the session, participants will delve into the ESF framework and its 5 Levers, examining how Effective Instruction, Strategic Staffing, and High-Quality Instructional Materials are bolstered by systems of Strong School Leadership and Planning. Additionally, they will gain insights into the requirements for the upcoming year, including the ESF Diagnostic, the development of their Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP), and the Foundational Leadership of Instructional Practices and Systems (FLIPS).
