Principal Manager TIL Readiness (Module 0) - Day 2

This half-day session is designed as Day 2 of 3 for Principal Managers/DCSI who will be supporting campus principals in implementing Total TIL (Texas Instructional Leadership) practices and protocols. The session will focus on internalizing the Texas Instructional Leadership Roadmap, including expectations for attendance and participant logistics. It will also cover strategies for developing consistent messaging and communication, defining the necessary systems for successful TIL implementation, and helping district leaders address time management needs to ensure TIL's success.
