Connecting the ELPS to CTE Instruction - Chapel Hill ISD

The English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS) provide educators with essential instructional components for supporting English learners. We'll make connections to the TELPAS Proficiency Level Descriptors and the CTE TEKS. We will also look at tools for planning effective instruction and interventions that address the language development process of English learners while they become college and career-ready.
