English learner teams at the district or campus level work through a very detailed needs assessment for their bilingual and/or ESL programs. We will utilize TEA-developed program implementation resources to analyze every aspect of your language development program from recruiting certified personnel to instructional methods. These resources correlate with the Results Driven Accountability Self-assessment tools.
