ACT In-District Student Seminar

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This workshop is designed to equip students with effective strategies and resources to prepare them for success on the ACT. Hosted at districts and guided by Region 7, students will explore best practices for ACT preparation, including subject-specific guidance and test-taking strategies. The workshop will take place during school hours to accommodate student and educator schedules and will ensure direct application of strategies in real-time. This interactive session is also an ideal time for Math and Reading Language Arts teachers to enhance their ability to support student readiness for the ACT as content facilitators during the session. This session utilizes the Doorway to College Foundation ACT materials for students. Ordering and purchasing materials are the responsibility of the district. To purchase these materials for your students, contact Diane Favors at diane.favors@doorwaytocollege.org. The cost of the materials is $41.00 per student.
