Student behavior challenges are an ongoing concern that affect school climate, teacher retention, and academic outcomes. Participants will review TEA’s guidelines for Targeted Behavior Intervention and explore evidence-based practices to address the needs of students with and without disabilities. The workshop will highlight the principal’s role in leading campus-wide behavior systems, aligning staff efforts, and ensuring consistent implementation of interventions.
