Intro to Restorative Practices for Administrators 24-25

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Restorative Practices offer a relationship-centered approach to improving school climate and addressing student behavior. Designed for campus and district administrators, this session will explore how restorative strategies can reduce reliance on punitive discipline while fostering a sense of belonging, accountability, and social connection among students. Participants will learn how to support the implementation of key practices—such as restorative circles, respect agreements, affective statements, and collaborative decision-making—across classrooms and campus systems. Emphasis will be placed on the administrator’s role in modeling, leading, and sustaining a restorative culture. This workshop is primarily for Marshall ISD.
