Behavior 101 for Administrators 24-25

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

For administrators, understanding how and why student behavior occurs is essential to leading effective campus-wide behavior systems. This workshop equips campus and district leaders with foundational knowledge of behavior from a functional perspective—empowering them to guide staff in prevention and intervention practices that support student success. Key concepts include antecedents, behavior, and consequences (ABCs), functions of behavior, and how to implement function-based interventions. Administrators will gain tools to support data-driven decision-making, coach staff, and strengthen PBIS frameworks across their campuses. This workshop is primarily for Marshall ISD.
