Workshop Registration Details

In this impactful session, participants will take a closer look at the T-TESS process—not just as an evaluation tool, but as a critical lever for growing teacher excellence and driving student outcomes. With the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) placing a strong emphasis on valid, reliable, and consistent teacher evaluations, T-TESS calibration is not optional—it’s essential.

Participants will engage in meaningful reflection and discussion to enhance their understanding of T-TESS and ensure consistent application of performance standards across campuses and districts. Through targeted calibration activities, teams will work to tighten scoring accuracy and alignment, a key requirement for TIA approval and sustainability.

Beyond calibration, this session provides a space to reflect on the broader impact of current T-TESS implementation on leaders, teachers, students, and campus culture. By examining what’s working and what can be improved, participants will walk away with a clear vision and actionable next steps to strengthen instructional leadership and foster professional growth at all levels.
