Too often, the unique needs and abilities of gifted emergent bilingual students go unrecognized. This interactive three-hour session is designed to equip you with the knowledge, strategies, and resources needed to nurture the unique talents of your gifted emergent bilingual students. Together, we’ll explore current research on the characteristics of gifted English learners, analyze curriculum and instruction through a gifted education lens, and apply new learning to develop more inclusive and responsive practices. Join us as we work to ensure that no exceptional mind is left behind. This workshop is exclusively for Marshall ISD employees.
